Critique Assignment

Not sure if anyone else is having some trouble, but trying to think of what to write in a critique is kind of difficult at first, at least with having no prior experience. It seems pretty straight forward but I guess it’s not… If anyone has any tips or suggestions feel free to comment, or email me at samiller1@mail.widener.edu. I learned pretty much from lecture on tuesday and through the reading, I guess I need to go over it again though.

Pages 75-86 Blog assignment

Pages 75-86 in the textbook were helpful for me with my critique assignment. It gives examples and goes into detail of exactly how to correctly critique the work of an author. In the reading there is a model critique. In the text book it goes through each step of how the model critque was done. It tells me what questions I should ask myself and what I should pay attention to when I am critiquing someone’s work. At first I was having trouble starting until the book broke it down to steps. Introduction, summary, assessment, response and conclusion are the five steps that make it easier to start a crituque.I will use this as a guide for my critical analysis.
