Blog Assignment Guidelines

You have a blog posting component as part of your final grade.

To meet that requirement, you need to do 2 postings per week (starting with the week of October 5). One post needs to be your comments about something from the reading and or class discussion for the week. The second post needs to be in response to one of your classmate’s posts. Your first post should be added to the blog as a separate entry. It needs to be at least one full paragraph or more and contain developed ideas (in other words, don’t write “i liked that essay we read” and think it’s enough). Your response posting should be added in the comment section of another post and also be about a paragraph or more.

I’ll leave the content of your posts up to you, but you should have something to say or to question about the reading. You can write about something you find interesting, something you didn’t understand (but explaining what you DO & where you’re having trouble), something new you learned (and a so what), etc. I may, from time to time, post a question I’d like you all to consider. I WILL be reading them and commenting as I see fit. Feel free to post things like images and hyperlinks to your posts also. The blog is intended to be another area for us to engage with the themes of this course.
